This system would allow firms of solicitors to enter into a contract with a Land Registry Authority to enable them to enter ownership changes directly onto the official database of owners.

The Land Registry's computer would automatically recognise the firm and the individual user.

Suitable software would be installed in a contracting solicitor's computer system to enable the exchange to take place.  Every transaction would be monitored by software in the Land Registry's system.
