Complex or Multi-faceted Transactions

Each facet must be the subject of a separate transaction.

Example:  A transaction that involves the Release of a Mortgage by the present Registered Owner, a transfer to a purchaser, an easement and a restriction (caution or inhibition) and a mortgage to a new lender.  Each of the following will be a separate transaction:

If desired, an entry can be effected on each of the intermediate registrations indicating that there is another transaction pending.
