Note:

• Definition of a new Parcel for the purpose of a First Registration application,

or

• subdivision of an existing Parcel

are matters for a Surveyor licensed by the Land Registry.

A Solicitor will be responsible, however, for approving the registration of any new owner of such Parcel, or other entry in relation to the Parcel.
